We are so excited to have you as a Featured Vendor! It is always a great opportunity to get new eyes on your business and we know this will be a great event.
Here is the info for a typical Networking Event. However, you will be sent event specific info for your event.
Network Events are typically on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 PM with Vendor Set up/Load-In starting around 4:30 PM.
Load-in instructions and location will be provided. (If you need to come earlier, please let Georgia know).
You will have a 6 foot table with a black (or white) linen to display your product, photos, marketing materials, etc. You can bring a different linen if you like or even a different table set up. Just let us know if you need a table as soon as you get a chance. If you need to be by an electrical outlet for your set up, just let me know.
We advertise the event through mass emails and social media. All of the Featured Vendors are asked to please advertise the event too. We currently have more than 500 vendors and venue owners/representatives on our email list. The Featured Photographer(s) will capture the event and supply the vendors/venue with photos. We will share the link to the gallery with all the vendors that participated in the event. Please remember to give the photo credit to them when sharing. We’ll provide everyone's tag for sharing. (example: @georgiaweddingcircle)
We will introduce you and your company name, and you will have the opportunity to take a couple minutes on the microphone (this is optional) to tell everyone a few key items about your company. (Example: # of yrs in business, any specialty, location, how you started or any other info you want to share)
Each Featured Vendor makes a payment towards our Networking Vendor fund of $25.00 which is payable by Venmo, Cash App, Debit/Credit Card or company check.
Also, plenty of vendors like to bring a door prize to be given away during the event. (This can be something company related or just a cool small item with your business card attached). You can bring business cards, postcards or flyers to share with everyone. We have a lot of event planners that attend, so maybe a special pricing sheet to hand out as well. Any item that you can think of to drive people to your website or company. Many vendors offer a small discount or gift to clients referred by other event professionals.
We do not charge anyone for attending the event and the participating vendors/venue utilize their marketing funds to cover any expenses in their setup. We have an average of 120 people who attend the events in more normal (less Covid) times. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Cost is $25 + a small fee to EventBrite for processing.
