We're about connecting vendors, sharing best practices and creating a supportive vendor community.
Our membership registration is designed to give our active and loyal members a chance to be officially listed on the GWC online Vendor Directory. Since our goal is connecting vendors, the Vendor Directory puts vendor info at your fingertips.
An annual GWC membership includes an active listing with company name & link. Additional benefits include access to educational events, consideration as a Featured Vendor & more!
Annual Sponsorship includes individual/company membership, a listing on the GWC online Vendor Directory & highlighted listing in an alternative section stating your elevated sponsorship status.
Annual Premium Sponsorship includes your company's listing info on the GWC online Vendor Directory, plus listing info at the top of the page in a separate section with enhanced listing info & logo. It also comes with a post in the GWC Instagram feed & two Instagram Stories.
Membership begins fees cover vendor listing for 12 month period. We use EVENTBRITE to manage Member/Sponsorship purchases. They charge an additional fee for purchase.
Membership fees are used for expenses for the GWC including, but not limited to, maintaining the website and vendor directory, establishing a 'Rainy Day' fund (to be distributed at the sole discretion of the GWC), offsetting meeting and shoot costs, paying for educational and service costs, stipend payments, etc.
